The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive by 3:45pm. Be sure to allow ample time for parking and finding your seat, since the route to the venue has winding roads that could take some extra time to navigate.
Please RSVP no later than August 29th, 2025.
The Bridal Dance is a common tradition in many southwestern Pennsylvania weddings, influenced by Polish heritage. It involves guests giving money to the newlyweds and sharing a quick dance with the bride, symbolizing their support for a prosperous life together. To the tune of a lively Polka, guests form a line and put cash (typically $1, but however much or little you like) into the maid of honor's apron, share a quick dance/spin with the bride, and then take a shot of alcohol when you're finished (optional). Typically the groom will be the last one to dance with the bride to finish it out. It's a fun and joyful way for the newlyweds to get some face time with all of the guests, but it is completely voluntary! If you'd like to participate, you may want to consider bringing cash!
The wedding ceremony will be outdoors and cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors. However, there is a wrap-around deck and a beautiful view of the mountains at the venue, so there will be plenty of opportunities to go in and out as you please.
The dinner will be a self-service buffet with two meal options. Guests do not have to choose a meal prior to the event when completing their RSVP and may choose (or eat both!) during dinner.
Yes! When you RSVP on the website, there is a prompt that you can respond to about dietary restrictions. Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies that our caterer should be aware of and he should be able to make something special for you.
Cocktail attire. We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt (tie optional), and women wear cocktail dresses or dressy separates. You may want to consider layers since the venue isn't temperature-controlled. The weather will likely be a little cooler at the venue due to the higher elevation.
We decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!
