The closest airport is TF Green airport near Providence and all major airlines fly there. There are other options too if you are planning to extend your stay and explore New England in the Fall, consider flights into Boston Logan, Hartford Bradley in CT, or any NYC airports. Jamestown is a small island community with limited hotel options but has a thriving AirB&B and VRBO market. Newport is a 15 minute drive away and has many hotel offerings. We have a block of rooms available at the Newport Marriott which is very close to the reception, please see the details below. There are also Club Wyndham Vacation Rentals in Jamestown and Newport. Look for the link and discount code below. We will include links to other hotels in the area but without discount codes.

The Bay Voyage is where we are having our Friday night welcome event and it’s a short walk from downtown Jamestown. Make sure you use the link and the discount code for the best pricing. Their website is quirky so you can always try calling. They have 4 properties in the area, two in Jamestown and 2 in Newport but because they are condo vacation rentals their availability varies online. They suggest that you will have the best success 6 months prior to the event when the owners release their condo suites for rentals. We have also noticed that the Bay Voyage units are available through VRBO but without the discount code.
