Out of an abundance of caution and consideration for our vulnerable guests, we are requesting that everyone planning to attend our wedding be either vaccinated for Covid 19 or have a negative Covid test within a week before the wedding. We appreciate your help in protecting the health of all of our guests.
We are keeping this event mostly adult only. However, we do understand that sometimes you can't leave the young ones at home. Please let us know if you need to bring your little one with you, pre-approved children will be allowed.
We have selected a chicken and a pasta dish with a variety of sides. Everything will be served family style at each table, so everyone can pick and choose what they want to eat. We do have to give the caterer a specific guest count so that they know how much food to prep, so please RSVP on time and for the exact number of people in your group.
We will have an amazing DJ hosting the music for the whole day. During the after dinner reception/party the DJ will continue playing a selection of music, but we will also have the option to do karaoke interspersed throughout the evening. Alea is a huge karaoke fan and wanted to make sure this was an option during the party.
We will be hosting beer brewed by Alea's dad (don't worry, he is really good at it) along with a number of bottles of wine. If you are in the mood for a cocktail, we will also have a cash bar available. If alcohol is not your thing, we are having the caterer make up some fun and tasty water infusions for your enjoyment and hydration.
Our event will be semi-formal, but wear what you feel comfortable in. We will be indoors, but if the weather is nice, there will be an outdoor area available. So plan accordingly!
YES! We wanted to keep things a simple and easy, so the wedding will be a one stop shop. The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception will all be held at the same location. Warehouse Winery 6415 Cambridge St, St Louis Park, MN 55426
Of course! We would love for you to take pictures and remember this day with us. If you post any pictures on Instagram, please use the #Fiteforlove so we can find the pictures later.
Yes, we have a small registry on Amazon, but have also set up a honeymoon/house fund to which guests can contribute as a gift as well. Please ignore the Zola gift card tab (it goes on there automatically, and we are unable to remove it) we are not using that as part of our registry. If you don't feel comfortable using the cash fund through our website you can always contribute to our nest egg in a way you feel comfortable.
Sunlight reaches Earth's atmosphere and is scattered in all directions by all the gases and particles in the air. Blue light is scattered more than the other colors because it travels as shorter, smaller waves. This is why we see a blue sky most of the time. (spaceplace.nasa.gov)

What do you mean, an African or a European Swallow?
The answer to this question has multiple parts: 1) To conserve energy - Sloths mainly consume a folivorous diet, meaning that they feed mostly on leaves with a notably low caloric content. This combined with a four-chambered stomach with slow digestion and extremely low metabolic rate, means that sloths don't have as much energy to burn. 2) All sloths have a rare genetic condition called “rod monochromacy”, which basically means that sloths lack the cone cells in their eyes, making them completely colorblind, only able to see poorly in dim light and completely blind in bright daylight. https://slothconservation.com/
YES, except they are actually real! Often dubbed the unicorns of the sea, narwhals are strange and beautiful whales with long tusks protruding from their heads. The narwhal tusk—most commonly found on males—is actually an enlarged tooth with sensory capability and up to 10 million nerve endings inside. Some narwhals have up to two tusks, while others have none. The spiraled tusk juts from the head and can grow as long at 10 feet. https://www.worldwildlife.org/stories/unicorn-of-the-sea-narwhal-facts
