The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM following a cocktail hour with the reception beginning at 6:30 PM

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to celebrate! We’re going for semi-formal or cocktail attire—think stylish but comfortable. Gentlemen can wear dress pants with a nice shirt or a blazer, and ladies can choose pretty dresses or chic jumpsuits. Feel free to add your own flair and have fun with it!

Where can we stay?

Answer

We recommend staying in Bentonville or Rogers, which are close to the venue and restaurants. There are also many options in Springdale or Fayetteville, but the drive will be a bit further. Please visit our travel tab to learn more about hotel recommendations!

Will transportation be provide and is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

We are not providing any formal transportation for the events, but our ceremony and reception are taking place in the same area. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Lyft or Uber are great options for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink

How Do I RSVP and when is the deadline?

We are so excited for you to join us for our special day! With your invitation there will be a link to our website, please go to our website to RSVP and select your dinner choices. We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 8th so we have enough time to ensure enough food and drinks!!

While we adore your children, we have chosen to keep our wedding day an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! If you’re invited to bring a guest, it will be noted on your invitation. Otherwise, we look forward to enjoying the day with just you — it wouldn’t be the same without you.

What type of food and drinks will be served during cocktail hour and the reception?

Answer

We will be serving delicious apps during cocktail hour including a queso fountain and homemade salsas, for dinner we will be offering an elegant sit down dinner with multiple food options.

I have dietary restrictions, what is the best way to communicate that to you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about any dietary restrictions.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be a variety of beer, wine and cocktail selections available.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged.
