Shuttle
2:30 pm - 2:45 pm
The shuttles will leave the Hilton between 2:30 and 2:45pm to transport guests to Perona Farms. For our guests who are driving themselves, we kindly ask that you arrive by 3:15pm. Please do not rely on Uber or other rideshare services to travel to and from our venue.
Our Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Black-Tie Optional attire. Our ceremony will be in an enclosed, heated space. However, we would suggest that you layer up just in case!
Our Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Black-Tie Optional attire. We will kick off the night with cocktails and apps!
Our Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Black-Tie Optional attire. Let's party!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our formal reception will end at 9:00pm for those guests who need to return home or back to the Hilton, but we will remain at the venue until 10:00pm for an after party with some light food and deserts.
Shuttle

We will have shuttles departing Perona Farms at 9:00pm and 10:00pm. Please do not rely on Uber or other rideshare services to get home!! If you are not staying at our hotel and unable to drive home, please plan to take the shuttle back to the Hilton and call an Uber from there.

Meet us at Buffalo Wild Wings in Rockaway for a late night drink!! You can take the shuttle back from our venue to the Hilton Garden Inn, and it is within walking distance. Please feel free to change into comfortable clothes :)
