We have set up a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Monterey! In order to receive this discounted room price, you MUST book by December 23, 2025 - no exceptions. We will also provide transportation to and from our venue from this one hotel. More details will be available closer to the big day. Hilton has lowered their nightly cost and also waived their daily parking fee for our guests that stay here! To book your room, click the link below that says "view". We understand that a hotel room may not be the most affordable or fun way to spend the weekend. If that's the case, we recommend renting a house through AirBNB or VRBO. Use the AirBNB like below to view houses in the area. (FYI: Monterey County has strict noise policies!)

San Jose Mineta International Airport

If you are traveling from out-of-state, the most convenient airport for you will be the San Jose International Airport. We recommend catching a ride with friends or family, splitting an Uber ride, or renting a car, as this airport is about 1 hour 15 minutes from Carmel.

Carmel-by-the-Sea is closest to the Monterey Regional Airport, although this would likely only be an option for those traveling within California. Flights are typically more expensive, but this airport is only about 10 minutes from Carmel.

Another international airport relatively close to Carmel, CA is SFO. Similarly to the San Jose Airport, we recommend catching a ride with friends or family, splitting an Uber ride, or renting a car, as this airport is about 2 hours from Carmel.
