Unfortunately, because we're trying to limit the number of people attending due to covid precautions, kids are not welcome at the wedding unless we have reached out to you personally to let you know they can attend.
Please RSVP by April 15th.
Yes, you do have a plus one. Just let us know on the RSVP card that you'll be bringing a date and what their entrée choice is.
At this time (Jan 5th), we're not planning to make masks mandatory. We do however strongly encourage our guests to wear masks and to be mindful about taking coronavirus precautions. We will let you know if our mask wearing policy or our coronavirus precautionary measures change at all. Travis and Alanna have made the decision not to wear masks for their wedding day or the rehearsal dinner. They are not vaccinated yet, nor do they expect to be before the wedding, however, both contracted the virus this past summer. If you do not feel comfortable greeting the bride and groom without their masks on, please let us know and we will don our masks while visiting with you.
With coronavirus being an issue on our minds and the minds of many of our guests, we chose to drastically cut down our original guest list in hopes of making the event safer. We will be inviting around 85 people, but we expect to have between 60-75 guests that attend.
Yes. For your comfort and convenience, we have arranged accommodations at a special rate of $99 a night, available until April 21st. The hotel we suggest is in downtown Tupelo near many shops and restaurants. Mention the Keegan/Cooper wedding while making your reservations to get the special rate. Hilton Garden Inn Tupelo 363 East Main St Tupelo, MS (662) 718-5500
The dress code for the wedding will be cocktail attire, although guests are welcome to wear formal attire if they desire to. It will be held on the expansive front lawn of the property and the ground may be soft, so stilettos may be a challenge to walk in.
