Los Angeles Airport (LAX)

LAX is about 43 miles from Calamigos Ranch and will take about 1 hour with no traffic (quite rare in LA) and up to 2 hours during traffic. Try to arrange your arrival late morning or mid-day if arriving on a weekday. Remember this is a holiday weekend, so if you are arriving in town Friday night, you might want to consider a hotel closer to the airport as it could take up to 3 hours in holiday traffic to get to a hotel near the venue.

Bob Hope Airport - Burbank (BUR)

BUR is about 35 miles from Calamigos Ranch and will take about 1 hour with no traffic (quite rare in LA) and up to 2 hours during traffic. Try to arrange your arrival late morning or mid-day if arriving on a weekday. Remember this is a holiday weekend, so if you are arriving in town Friday night, you might want to consider a hotel closer to the airport as it could take up to 3 hours in holiday traffic to get to a hotel near the venue.

Calamigos Guest Ranch

This is the hotel for the Venue. The rates are $360 and up for Sunday night and a bit more for Saturday night. If you stay here you will still have a quick 5 minute drive to the ceremony location...it's a huge property! We are sorry but the small block of rooms we had here has been spoken for. Hopefully you can still get a room it's a beautiful hotel!

Hilton Garden Inn Calabasas

This hotel is about 6 miles from the venue and is the closest hotel to the venue for a more budget friendly option than the Calamigos Guest Ranch. We have a block of 10 rooms with either 1 King or 2 Queen rooms, for $209-219 per night. The rooms are reserved for 8/31-9/3 (3 nights). Please contact the hotel directly to transfer one of the reservations under Kristen Zimmerman into your name.
