Is it outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are both outdoors (Dinner outdoors, dancing indoors). You might want to bring a sweater or wrap. While early September is usually very hot in LA, Calamigos Ranch is in the Malibu Hills and is typically a bit cooler than LA in general, especially at night. We will have heat lamps if it looks like we are in for a cool evening.

Cocktail attire please, but feel free to kick off your heels and loosen your ties for the reception!

Are Children allowed

Answer

We love your kids but want you to enjoy a night off! We have included our nieces and nephews so there will be a few children at the wedding, which will be indicated by "and family" on your invitations.

For the outdoor ceremony, what shoes are appropriate?

Answer

Although the ceremony is outdoors, the grass area is faux grass so your heels will not likely sink in, but you may not be as comfortable in stilettos. There is a bit of a walk from the parking area (about 5 minutes) to the ceremony/reception.

Where should we park?

Answer

We have arranged complimentary valet parking for our guests. Follow the "Kristen and Al's Wedding" direction signage to the valet parking for our wedding.
