Are my children invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, they are not invited. We would love to include your children, but our venue has a strict capacity limit. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you can join us for a fun parents night out!

Do I need cash for drinks at the bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for the entire event, but tips for the bartenders are much appreciated.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, everything is at the Lyons Farmette property! The ceremony and dinner will take place on the beautiful lawn, and the reception will be inside the barn.

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Yes, there are grass/gravel parking lots at the venue.

Will there be vegetarian food options?

Answer

Yes, you have the option to request a vegetarian entrée when you RSVP (online or by mail). We will also have some vegetarian appetizers during cocktail hour.

What is the weather like in July?

Answer

July is usually hot during the day, but Colorado is known for being extremely unpredictable. The venue has plenty of shade options if it ends up being a scorcher. We recommend a light jacket for the evening, and there will be a bonfire to keep you warm as well.

Will there be transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

There will be one shuttle ride to and from the Residence Inn Boulder. Please see shuttle details under the 'Travel' tab on our website. The availability of Uber/Lyft at the end of the evening in Lyons is unknown, but you have the option to schedule an Uber/Lyft ride ahead of time.
