We kindly ask for formal attire. Think suits and long or mid-length dresses and dancing shoes. Something that makes you feel awesome.
This is honestly up to you. Our thought with having a Thursday wedding is that people can turn our wedding into a much needed mini holiday at the beach. We love taking mini breaks (it was our whole personality when we lived in London). So if you can, treat this as a gift from us, a really good excuse to take Thursday and Friday off. Treat yourself to a 4-day holiday, you deserve it.
Please check the travel tab. However, I would recommend booking a bach near the town so you can walk home! There are also a bunch of lovely hotels and motels close by.
We have restricted numbers due to the size of the venue and catering, only those named on the invitation are invited. It was extremely hard making the guest list, please understand we have had to be really thoughtful about who we invite. You made the list so that means you are super special to us!
Please don't use your phones during our ceremony. We would love you to be fully present with us as we become Husband and Wife. We have hired a photographer and videographer to capture all the photos and videos we need. After the ceremony please scan the QR code for the POV app so we can all share photos of the night.
If you could please wait until we have posted photos as we would like to be the first to share our big day. Once we have posted, then of course you can.
We do not expect a wedding gift – your presence is a present to us. However, if you are wanting to we would love any contributions to our honeymoon in Rarotonga. We will have a card box on the day.
There is no seating plan. You are free to mix and mingle. There will be a range of bar leaners and a few tables in case you need a little sit down throughout the day.
Edisons is a smokefree venue. Please exit onto the street if you need to smoke or vape.
