4:30 PM – Guest Arrival

4:30 pm - 4:45 pm

XO Banquet Hall

Guests are encouraged to arrive beginning at 4:30 PM to allow time for parking, check-in, and seating before the ceremony begins.

4:45 PM – Ceremony Begins

4:45 pm - 5:15 pm

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:45 PM. We kindly ask all guests to be seated prior to the start of the ceremony so we can fully enjoy this special moment together.

5:15 PM – Cocktail Hour

5:15 pm - 6:00 pm

Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy cocktail hour with drinks, appetizers, music, a photo booth, and time to mingle while the wedding party takes photos.

6:00 PM – Reception Opens

6:00 pm

The newlyweds and wedding party will make their grand entrance. Dinner will be served along with toasts and special moments shared with family and friends.

7:00 PM – Dancing & Celebration

7:00 pm - 11:45 pm

The dance floor officially opens! Join us for a night of dancing, music, and celebrating together.
