When and where is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will take place on January 11, 2025. The ceremony and reception will be held at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem. More information can be found in the Schedule section of our website.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The doors to the Mural Ballroom will open at 2:50 pm. Please arrive before the ceremony starts to ensure you have plenty of time to park, find your seat and settle in!

Will parking be provided?
Answer
Wedding: Free parking is available at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem located at the Colonial Industrial Quarter parking lot (under the bridge) for the duration of the wedding. A complimentary shuttle is provided for those who park in the lot provided by Historic Hotel Bethlehem. Please plan for ample time for parking and transportation to the hotel. Overnight Parking: $10.00/night for guests at both the Historic Hotel Bethlehem and the Hyatt Place Bethlehem. Additional Parking Garages: There are several parking garages available nearby. Please note that guests will need to pay for parking should they choose to park at a garage.

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP through the RSVP section on our website. Please respond by December 1, 2024.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
If your invitation includes a plus-one, please let us know their name when you RSVP. Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation.

Are children welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only event. However, children under 1 year old are welcome to join.

What should I do if I can’t attend?
Answer
We will miss you, but we understand! Please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t attend by updating your RSVP on our website.

Please let us know any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes, alcohol will be provided. We are providing an open bar. Please drink responsibly.

The dress code is formal. We encourage evening gowns or cocktail dresses for women and suits for men.

How can I share my photos from the wedding weekend?
Answer
We will be utilizing the Lense app. A QR code/link will be provided so you can take or upload your pictures to a shared album for our wedding that everyone can see. No app download is necessary! The album will then be released on Sunday afternoon. We are excited to see photos from your point of view from the entire wedding weekend!
