We've arranged for a room block at the Hermann Crown Suites in town - full details below. We've also thrown together some other hotel suggestions for reference - Hermann is full of B&Bs and hotels with fun character. The area is a popular local destination, we recommend booking accommodations sooner rather than later.

Wine shuttle bus

May 30, 2026 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We will have a 26 person shuttle bus traveling from in Hermann to the venue before the wedding and after. Will pick up from the Hermann Crown Suites. There will be 2 pick up times: 2:00pm & 3:15pm For coming back into town, shuttles will start at 8:30pm and run continuously. If you need to be dropped off at a specific location other than Hermann Crowne Hotel, let the driver know and they can drop you off elsewhere!

We have a room block arranged at the Hermann Crown - spots are limited and rooms are released 60 days before the wedding. Hermann Crown room pricing is seasonal and at a fixed rate - through our block or not. There is also a two-night minimum. Feel free to book online with the hotel or if rooms are limited and you need to leverage the room block, please call the hotel to book and reference the Cowser event. Their rooms are very Airbnb style - they have numerous multi-bed suites, standalone cottage rooms & more standard two person options available.
