For everyone flying in, we recommend flying into Sacramento International Airport.
The location of the venue is approximately 1 hour away from the airport. Due to the venue's rural location, the lodging primarily consists of quaint Airbnbs. However, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Best Western Plus in Placerville, which is 12 minutes away from the venue. We have arranged for transportation from the hotel to the venue so you can really party and not have to worry about driving. The shuttle can hold 41 people (first come, first served) and will pick everyone up at the Best Western at EXACTLY 3pm. It is IMPERATIVE that if you are planning to take the shuttle, that you are on time. The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp and we don’t want anyone to miss anything.
The shuttle is making one trip and one trip only from the hotel to the venue. It will then be available at 10pm at the venue to take everyone back to the hotel at the end of the evening.
