Where is the wedding?

Answer

The venue has changed their address. The address listed below is DIFFERENT from the address on the invitation. Both addresses will take you to the venue however, the new address is the preferred method of arrival for parking. 3350 Blossom Hill Road Placerville, CA 95667

What time is the wedding?

Answer

4pm SHARP….please plan to arrive NO LATER than 3:45pm to get seated and comfy for the ceremony. We are also providing a shuttle service from the Best Western Plus to the venue. Please see “Will transportation be provided” FAQ below for more information.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We have chosen to forego the typical wedding gifts. We are instead asking everyone to donate to our honeymoon fund. You will find the link to donate on the Registry page of this website.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, absolutely, and more yes.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We will be having BBQ buffet style as well as, delicious appetizers to be served during the cocktail hour.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Kids are welcome however, please be aware that we will not be offering special kids meals and/or kids tables or entertainment.

What should I wear?

Answer

This is definitely not a black tie event. The entire ceremony and reception is also outdoors on uneven surfaces so you might want to keep those stilettos at home. We want you to be comfortable but we also don’t want you to show up in jeans. Think cocktail attire.

Where is the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

The rehearsal dinner will take place on Friday May 19th at the rental house where the entire wedding party is staying. Dinner will be catered and ready at approximately 5:30pm. This dinner is for the wedding party and immediate family. Attire is casual.

Will there be any transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged for a 41 passenger shuttle (first come, first served) to pick up guests from the Best Western Plus at EXACTLY 3:00pm. The ceremony will start on time (4pm) and we don’t want anyone to miss anything. The shuttle is making one trip and one trip only from the hotel to the venue. Be there or be squared. The shuttle will then be available at 10pm at the venue to take everyone back to the Best Western Plus.
