Rather than a traditional hotel room, the Hyatt House offers suites, with an apartment style layout. Rates range from $145-$160-$195 per night depending on the room type you are needing. Rooms types include: 1. Studio suite - King bed (couple, 2 people) 2. One bedroom - 2 double beds (4 people) 3. One bedroom - King/queen bed (4 people) 4. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom - King/Queen beds (6 people) Reservations need to be made by July 20th to receive the discounted rate. To book you can call (701) 838- 7300 for the 52P Diaz Wedding room block or you can book online by selecting "View" below Check in is Thursday August 20th at 3pm. Check out is Saturday August 22nd by noon. We requested a 2 night stay - room block due to check in not being offered until 3pm. If you would like to extend your stay please let them know when booking to ensure accommodations can be made! Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check in to be eligible for a full refund. You will not be charged until check out on Saturday August 22nd. Please call the Hyatt House with any questions or special requests. All guests staying at the Hyatt House Minot are offered a shuttle service after the reception back to the hotel at no extra charge. Each guest room includes a separate living and sleeping areas, giving you the space you need. The facility offers an indoor pool, a complimentary buffet style breakfast with an omelet bar, fitness center, internet access, laundry, and an onsite bar. Breakfast weekdays 5:30-9:30 am, weekends 6-10 am. The H Bar is open everyday 5-10pm.

All guests staying at the Hyatt House Minot are offered a shuttle service after the reception back to the hotel at no extra charge. Guests are responsible for providing their own transportation to the wedding venue. If leaving your car at the venue, it must be picked up by 9 am Saturday August 22nd.

We chose to make a hotel block at the Hyatt House Minot due to the partnership they have with The Barn at 25 Pines for the shuttle service provided. It was important for us to give our guests the option of safe transportation at the end of the night. With that being said, there are many hotels in the surrounding area that may offer cheaper rates & the ride service LYFT also offers transportation services, we encourage you to look around to see what would best suit you & your families needs!
