When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Sunday July 5th, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided it will be marked "No."

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says plus one or includes a guest's name, then yes - we'd love for them to join! In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated.

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab & type the name (s) listed on your invitation.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided it will automatically be marked as "No." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

We'll miss you! Please RSVP "No" as soon as possible, so we can plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! We kindly request our guests wear formal to semi-formal attire, Earth Tone colors are appreciated. The only thing we ask is that you don't wear white, ivory, or cream. Keep in mind the ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) & it will most likely be warm, please plan accordingly to ensure your comfort!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking & your seat. Once the ceremony has started, no entrance will be granted.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones & cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all present with us in the moment. We have professional videographers & a photographer that will capture the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take pictures & videos during the reception.

What's the bar situation?

Answer

There is bar services available with beverages available to be purchased on site. Please no BYOB, our venue has a strict policy on licensed bartending only & no outside food or beverages are allowed.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at Hyatt House Minot under our name (52P Diaz Wedding). Be sure to book before July 20th to get the discounted rate. Please view the "Travel" section for more details.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Event end time is 12 am. We will have a shuttle running from the venue to the Hyatt House Hotel at the end of the night from 11-12:45 am to those who reserved a hotel room at the Hyatt House. Cars left overnight must be picked up by 9 am the following day, please plan accordingly. Lyft is also a great option to get home safely!

Is there parking on site?

Yes! There is a designated parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for guests.
