If your invitation says plus one or includes a guest's name, then yes - we'd love for them to join! In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated.

Dress to impress! We kindly request our guests wear formal to semi-formal attire, Earth Tone colors are appreciated. The only thing we ask is that you don't wear white, ivory, or cream. Keep in mind the ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) & it will most likely be warm, please plan accordingly to ensure your comfort!
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking & your seat. Once the ceremony has started, no entrance will be granted.
We ask that you kindly put your phones & cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all present with us in the moment. We have professional videographers & a photographer that will capture the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take pictures & videos during the reception.
There is bar services available with beverages available to be purchased on site. Please no BYOB, our venue has a strict policy on licensed bartending only & no outside food or beverages are allowed.
We have a hotel block at Hyatt House Minot under our name (52P Diaz Wedding). Be sure to book before July 20th to get the discounted rate. Please view the "Travel" section for more details.
Event end time is 12 am. We will have a shuttle running from the venue to the Hyatt House Hotel at the end of the night from 11-12:45 am to those who reserved a hotel room at the Hyatt House. Cars left overnight must be picked up by 9 am the following day, please plan accordingly. Lyft is also a great option to get home safely!
Yes! There is a designated parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for guests.
