FAQs

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive around 4:30 pm. If you often run late, please arrive around 4:20 pm for safety :) There is a little bit of a walk from parking to the ceremony location but we will have accommodations for those who need it. We hope to get the ceremony started at 5 pm.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes!

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking on the grass area outside the venue. If you plan on getting down and drinking, we strongly recommend ubering or designating a DD.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We know the North Carolina weather can be fickle, but we are expecting comfortable temperatures for this outdoor ceremony and tented reception. We want everyone to feel their best in cocktail formal attire. Please stay away from shades of white and cream. If you look at your outfit and go “hmm I wonder if this is too close to white or cream…” the answer is probably “it is.” Essentially: - Traditional suit and tie - Jacket and tie - Formal tea, knee, midi, or full-length dresses - Fancy cocktail dress - Dressy pantsuit Visit the link to learn more about what cocktail and formal mean! https://www.theknot.com/content/wedding-guest-attire-cheat-sheet

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, please answer all prompted questions. There is one specifically for any dietary restrictions so we can do our best to accommodate! If there are any additional dietary questions or concerns after you RSVP, please reach out.
