Where To Stay

There are many great places to stay in San Diego! Just remember, it is one of the biggest counties in the US, so it is fairly spread out. We typically say everything is about 15-20 min away. The brewery where we are having the ceremony is close to an area called University Town Center which is close to UCSD and has many hotel options near by. Other fun locations to stay would be Downtown/Gaslamp district, Shelter Island (right across from the airport with good city views!), Mission Bay, La Jolla, Northpark (fun hipster area with lots of great food and bars), or Hillcrest 🏳️‍🌈. Anna's parents live in Carlsbad, which is about 30-40 min from the reception venue. Anna and Artur live in Mission Valley, which is also a great central location with lots of hotel options and is about 15-20 min to the reception.

Getting Here

Closet option is San Diego International Airport. There are usually many good options flying into San Diego! You can also fly into Los Angles International Airport (LAX), which is about a 2 hour drive down to San Diego. Unfortunately there are not great options to get between LAX and SAN airports besides driving. San Diego also does not have the best public transportation options, but Uber and Lyft are readily available and there is a trolly system that goes between certain parts of town. Depending on your plans, renting a car may be a necessary option.
