Our wedding will be held at the beautiful Paseo! 3753 N Apache Trail, Apache Junction, AZ 85119
Yes! Our venue has a parking lot that is free to use. You may leave your car there if needed, but our venue requires you to pick it up by the next day between 8-11am!
Due to our venue's limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited. If you received a plus one their name (or "guest") will be on your invitation and will come up when you put your name into the Zola RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love children and believe they are a gift from the Lord! If your child is invited to our wedding, their name(s) or "family" will be on your invitation and show up on your Zola RSVP. If their names are not listed, we encourage you to use this as a fun date night!
Our wedding dress code is between cocktail and formal attire! Because it is a fall, deserty, western inspired wedding, we encourage you to embrace desert neutrals and fall inspired colors such as blacks, browns, greens, and blues & darker colors like deep reds, oranges and purples. Ladies can wear midi or floor length dresses. Don't shy away from pattern but please stay away from whites and creams! Gentlemen can wear slacks, button downs or suits if they choose. Please stay away from jeans, tees and sneakers! If you have questions or concerns or just want some inspo, follow this link! bit.ly/guestinspoakrewedding
Weather permitting, our ceremony, cocktail hour and after dinner dancing will be held outside. The dinner, special dances and toasts will take place indoors. Even though we live in Arizona, the desert gets cold at night. Our reception hall will be heated and there will be outdoor heaters but please plan accordingly and bring a jacket if you need to.
Because our ceremony will be starting promptly at 4pm, we kindly request that all guests be welcomed and in their seats by 3:45pm or they will sadly miss out on our ceremony. As our wedding is on a weekday, our venue is on the outskirts of town, and the Phoenix rush hour traffic is crazy, please plan accordingly to arrive with time to spare.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say our vows. We have hired extremely talented professionals that we are very excited about to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. You are more than welcome to take as many photos and videos as you would like after the ceremony!
Yes! Mocktails and the usual refreshments will also be available at our open bar.
Although it looks like "acre," it is pronounced "awk-ree"! Sticking with the hard to pronounce last names around here!
