Can I RSVP online?

Answer

Yes, we ask all guests to RSVP online for all events leading up to the wedding day. Visit the RSVP tab to complete this process. Each RSVP date is listed in the event descriptions of the SCHEDULE tab.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP for the wedding by April 18th, 2025.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one or children?

Answer

Please keep the attended guests limited to those specifically addressed to you from the save the date and/or formal invitation. You will be able to see your guest limit when you RSVP.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask for semi-formal or cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors on a grass lawn and stairs leading to an indoor reception space. Cocktail hour will take place on an outdoor patio. Temperature is expected to be in the mid-60s at the start of the ceremony.

Are there any colors to avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you DO NOT wear the colors of the wedding party which include lavender, gold and sage. Family and bridal party will be in similar shades of the color palette.

Are there reserved room blocks at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes, we have multiple hotels with room blocks reserved. Please visit the TRAVEL tab for the specific locations and more information.

Is there wheelchair accessibility or other accommodations at the venue?

Answer

There is a driveway ramp leading from the ceremony space back up to reception area and an elevator to access into the reception area if the stairs are not accessible. There will be signage directing guests to these areas.

What time should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please allow yourself time before the ceremony to mingle with other guests, sign the guest book, and find your seat. We ask that you arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the 4pm start time.

What type of food will be served? Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Cocktail hour appetizers will have a range of options with dairy free, gluten free, and/or vegetarian choices, along with the reception meal being buffet style. In order to abide by the necessary needs, please list any restrictions or allergies on your RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Non-alcoholic beverages (water, tea, coffee, lemonade, soda, etc.) will be available free of charge throughout the night. Wine will be served at your table during dinner. Other alcoholic beverages will require payment as a CASH bar.

Are photos allowed to be taken and posted on social media?

Answer

There will be a QR code at the guest book table to scan and take photos to have them shared for guests to view in a Google album. We kindly ask that no photos of the bride & groom or bridal party be shared on social media until posted by Andrew and Kayla themselves. However, guests are welcomed to post themselves and the event space at their leisure.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Due to HOA compliant quiet hours, the reception will end at 10pm.

Question

Is there a registry? Where should a gift be brought or sent?

Answer

We are registered through Zola, which can be found under the REGISTRY tab and will give you the option of shipping it to us at 22235 Foresthill Road, Unit 21, Foresthill, CA 95631 or to yourself. If you would like to honor us with a gift, a wedding card box and gift table will be at the entry way of our reception.
