Matrimony Springs
Legend has it if you drink from Matrimony Spring that you're destined to return to Moab. Alexis and Chris did their first time to Moab and can vouch that the legend is true! On the south side of the road, just at the dirt pullout. Don't forget your reusable water bottle, and if you look carefully you an find some dinosaur tracks!
Castle Valley Scenic Drive
One of our favorite spots for climbing towers, this scenic drive will take you through an unbelievable landscape.
Bluff Cultural Tour
Where the Our Land journey began. It's a few hours from Moab, but Bluff is a living history of Indigenous culture where we have many friends. For a cultural experience we are happy to provide some ideas and directions to historic sites including the famous Wolfman Panel and Newspaper Rock, as well as remains of ancient dwellings. It's easy to spend a day wandering desert washes and ridges, and a place especially dear to our hearts.
Arches National Park
For hiking, climbing, canyoneering and driving tours - this park has it all. Plenty of world-famous hikes (for good reason) like Delicate Arch or off-the beaten trails that we can recommend.
Canyonlands National Park
It's a bit more remote than Arches; you won't see nearly as many tourists but will be a bit more rugged. A perfect option for seclusion.
Fisher Towers
Perfect for a short hike, and is accessible down the incredibly beautiful River Road. You'll see the corkscrew summit of Ancient Art, but unless you climb it like Alexis in the picutre, you won't have quite the same views...
Fiery Furnace - Arches NP
One of the finest Arches has to offer, this superlative hike is high on the list of all Utah visitors. It's two miles, but don't let the distance fool you - picking your way through canyons and sandstone corridors will take a little time. It's one of the best!
Moonflower Canyon
Steps from the Colorado River, this is the very first place we visited together in Moab. It's got a great short hike, some petroglyphs, and an ancient Native American ladder. Great for short time constraints.
Mill Canyon Dinosaur Trails
Great roadside spot for checking out dinosaur tracks. An easy hike down a boardwalk and signs to point out the tracks and types of prehistoric creatures who left them. https://www.discovermoab.com/dinosaur-museums-and-hikes/ for more info

Our favorite restaurant in town! Excellent Vietnamese food and cocktails. Something for everyone. Great vegan and vegetarian options too. Open Thursday through Monday.
Mill Creek Waterfall Trail
Great spot to cool down and explore pictographs and petroglyphs. Please leave no trace when hiking and respect the ancient art. Be sure to park in the designated lot. Family friendly hike.
Moab Garage Co.
Great coffee, food and ice cream. Open Thurs-Monday from 8am to 3pm.
Doughbird
BEST DONUTS IN TOWN. Open Thursday through Monday. 7am-2pm.
