Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
Whilst we love your little ones, the wedding will be adults only. Plus, we want you to enjoy yourselves! If you decide to turn your trip into a family vacation, our wedding planner can recommend very trustworthy nanny companies that can look after your children during the events.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to capacity at the venue, unfortunately not. Please refer to your invitation for guest names.

What's the best airport to fly into?
Answer
There's lots of information on the Travel section of our website but the two closest airports are Bari and Brindisi — both equidistant from Fasano, the area where we are getting married. If you're travelling from outside of Europe we recommend connecting in Rome, Milan or London. British Airways is an airline we recommend which is part of the OneWorld alliance (if you're an American Airlines frequent flyer).

Can I bring a gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is our present, and we are so grateful that all of our guests are travelling from far and wide to be with us on our special day. Truly. What will the weather be like?
Answer
May is one of the best times to visit Apulia, when the weather is warm at the start of the summer season. Expect highs of mid-70s F / low-to-mid 20s C in the daytime with plenty of sunshine. Evenings are cool and pleasant, with temperatures dropping to around 60F / 15C.

What is the dresscode?
Answer
The welcome party on Friday evening is smart casual but relaxed. We will be right on the beach, so think flowy fabrics, linens and summer colours. For the wedding on Saturday, the dress code is formal so men should wear suits (tie optional) and ladies can wear cocktail or semi formal dresses. The venue has gravel in some areas, so a block heel or wedge is encouraged as opposed to stilettos. We also suggest a wrap or jacket in case it gets cool in the evening. On Sunday please refer to your physical invitation.

How do we get around in Puglia?

In our experience SIXT at Bari Airport is the most reliable and customer service-friendly car hire company in the area - please speak to Alessandra (ap43583@sixt.com) as we’ve arranged a 10% discount for our guests. Otherwise, most hotels will offer an airport transfer (usually €100-150 each way depending on location). If you are planning to drive to any of the events, there will be parking at both Calderisi Mare Beach Club and Masseria Calderisi.
