Flight
Cleveland Hopkins is the best (and really only) airport to fly into if you're coming in for the wedding. For those who can, we suggest driving in for the wedding. If you are flying, we recommend renting a car from the airport. Ubers are available in the area but may be limited at certain times.
Hotel
For guests who would like to stay in the heart of Cleveland, we're partial to the Westin downtown—next to Cleveland's famed East 4th Street dining district and just blocks from First Energy Stadium and Lake Erie. This hotel is nine miles (a 20 minute drive) to the wedding venue. There will be no shuttle from this hotel. If you are Ubering, we suggesting scheduling Ubers in advance since drivers will be making a trip from the city to the suburbs. Within our hotel block, rooms are available at $189/night. Rooms can be booked with our reservation link through September 13, 2023. Please note that there may be a fee for onsite parking.

Hotel
For individuals who would like to be close to the wedding venues and would like access to a shuttle, this is the hotel we recommend. This hotel is 4 miles (a 12 minute drive) to the ceremony and reception venues. We will have a shuttle from this hotel to and from the reception - see details below. There will be no shuttle service to the ceremony; you will need to drive, carpool, or Uber. Within our hotel block, rooms are available at $139-149/night and parking is free. Rooms can be booked with our reservation link through September 15, 2023. If room availability is limited when you check this link, check back in 1-2 days business days for rooms to be added to the block.

Shuttle
October 14, 2023 5:30 pm - 12:30 am
We will have a shuttle between the Courtyard Independence and our wedding reception. Cocktail hour: The shuttle will arrive at hotel at 5:30pm and will continue running to the reception venue between 5:30-6:30pm (approximately 3 trips). End of the night: The shuttle will leave the reception venue for the hotel starting at 10:30pm and will continue running between 10:30-12:30am (approximately 3 trips). If you miss the shuttle or feel it's going too slowly for you, never fear! You can drive or Uber to and from the reception. It's an 11-minute drive.
