Matron of Honor
I met Denise, through Rhyan while we were in grad school, but didn't really get to know her until we were neighbors and begun attending a campus bible study together. I love her authenticity and the way she's an honest straight shooter. Over the years, after graduating, starting our first jobs and Denise getting married she has been a great friend, confidant, and source of wise Godly advice. I am honored that she would stand beside me as I marry my best friend.
Best Man
Ade and I met in 2016 I believe, at a small group meeting. Over the next few months following our first meeting, we developed a friendship that has now morphed into a brotherhood. I found Ade to be very wise. He has deep insight on several topics and I am usually intrigued by the depth of his knowledge. Ade is also generous and humble. He has helped me move apartments twice now, with a third on the horizon, potentially. Way to ask your friend to help you move! Seriously, Ade is a rare gem and it's an honor that he accepted to be best man at my wedding.

God really came through for me when He brought Rhyan in to my life. Words cannot begin to explain how supportive she's been of me in the valleys and on the mountaintops. We've cried together, laughed together, and traveled together. I am so amazed by her every single day and just how far God has brought her and the miraculous things He has done in her life. Not to mention the things He's done in my life through relationship with her. Here's to our last hoorah before we each begin new chapters of our lives.
Groomsman
Dr. Harry, as he will now be popularly known, has been an exceptional friend to me. Like Ade, Harry and I met at a small group meeting in 2016 albeit a different small group. I remember when I discovered he was proper Naija, I was excited that another Naija brother who was in an intentional pursuit of a relationship with God was in close proximity. I immensely admire Harry's openness and tenacity. Those two characteristics cannot be overstated about Harry. He is also an encourager. He has been pivotal in my relationship with Noreen by helping me navigate my thoughts and redirecting my perspective toward God. Harry's time management skills are out of this world. I marvel anytime he breaks down his daily routines. Honored by his acceptance to be a groomsman at my wedding.

For those of you who know the real real of the Norimide story, you know just how challenging and life changing 2018 was for us. In January of 2018, Kourtney and I were very much so, new friends. Over the next 12 months, Kourtney prayed for me and prayed with me. We had IHOP and Ihop dates lol. She has become one of my closest friends and truly a sister in christ. We have bared our souls and shared intimate moments one on one and in group counsel. I thank God for blessing me with the opportunity to know her and I am only more excited for the rest of the years we will get to spend together as sisters.
Groomsman
This man right here! God-sent, Angel, etc. Ugo literally abandoned his startup to help me prepare for a presentation. More can be said about this experience but no space. I first met Ugo in '14 when he was launching his startup, bloveit.com. I remember being interested and inquisitive as I had never been up close with a Tech Entrepreneur. Ugo delightfully explained and it was brilliant. Fast forward to '17, a mutual friend who knew of our entrepreneurial ambitions thought it'd be a good idea we linked up. We eventually did meet up, and to my surprise, it was the same person I had met in '14. Though we initially connected based on business, we have since connected on other levels, and our SOs are now BFFs. It was a no brainer to ask him to be a groomsman. I am honored he accepted.

Oh, Mugisha. I firmly believe that she doesn't even fully understand the immense role she played in my walk with Christ. When I lived with Mugisha during my second year of graduate school, I was just beginning my sold out walk with Christ. It was through living with her, seeing her heart of serving, and witnessing the true life of a believer she had that I was convicted about somethings in my life and knew that I had to change. Thank you for putting up with me and standing next to me on my big day!
Groomsman
My brother from Ghana. Though he hasn't verbalized this, I am sure Nana his most surprised by my request for him to be a groomsman at my wedding. My admiration of Nana has been from a distance and such has been that nature of our friendship. Not much in encounters but Nana has been a great resource. We first met in 2016 at a small group meeting (the same one where I met Harry). Yes, 3 of 4 of my groomsmen are current/former small group members. This underscores the importance of small groups. Nana has a passion and a deep desire to know more and teach about God. He is a nice blend of an apostle and an evangelist. He is a very brilliant man, and I admire his intellect. Though not immediately obvious, he was an easy choice to be a groomsman at my wedding. I am honored he accepted.
