As you pull up to the venue entrance, one of the two valets will park your car for you near the entrance free of charge!
Once you arrive at the venue entrance, the longest bout of walking would be to the ceremony space toward the back of the property. The venue offers a 8-person golf cart shuttle to bring guests back and forth from the entrance to the ceremony space for those who prefer to cut down on walking time! They also offer this service complimentary at the end of the evening for those who want a ride back to their car! Beyond the main stretch, the ceremony space, cocktail hour space, and reception area are all very close in proximity and requires little walking in between.
Yes, there are designated smoking areas scattered around the grounds for your convenience.
YES! And you can interact with them. The farm has a horse, emus, cows, and goats, so if you have allergies please plan accordingly!
We kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phone, tablet, iPad, video camera, etc. to take any photos or video during the ceremony. We would like the photographers and videographers to have full, uninterrupted access to the best locations in order to capture our special moments! We will be happy to share all of their pictures with you afterwards as well! It makes the ceremony all the more special to have our closest friends and family there & enjoying it to the fullest with us! However, after the ceremony is over, HAVE AT IT! We highly encourage you to take as many videos and pictures as you'd like during the cocktail hour, reception, on the dance floor, of your food, of the venue, anything you want! It's so fun seeing everyone's different highlights from the night!
Of course!! It wouldn't be a millennial wedding if we didn't! After the big day, if you post a picture, please use the hashtag #AisletoAdcock so we can look back on all the pictures taken on our wedding day! If you're unfamiliar with how to use a hashtag, simply tag us in your social media post!
Our venue is very unique, combining elegance with a rustic country twist! While there isn't a true 'dress code', we still want to give everyone an excuse to get dressed up! It's not everyday you get to put on a suit or party dress! If you're a black & white person (like myself) and want to know exactly what to wear, go with "dressy casual" or cocktail attire. For the ladies, a cocktail dress, pant suit, or skirt and blouse are all great options! And if you're someone who jumps on any chance to wear heels, go for it (there's not much walking involved)! The property has a mix of gravel, grass, brick, turf and concrete in the barn, so any footwear will do! For the guys, whether you go with a casual suit, jacket and slacks or just your traditional button down shirt and cowboy boots, it's all up to you!
In order for us to get a final guest count and solidify our wedding plans, we kindly ask that you RSVP by September 1st, 2021 at the latest!
Absolutely! We have accounted for children when reserving the number of reserved guest spots for your individual family. However, if you prefer to leave the kiddos at home and use this as a date night, we are all for that too! When choosing entree preferences, if your child will be attending and are of the age to have their own meal, please include their choice with the check boxes provided.
We tried to be as accommodating as possible for all of our guests, however we also have to be accommodating to the venue capacity and our wallets. At this time, whoever the invitation was directly addressed to is the amount of seats we have reserved in your name for you/your family. We have chosen to stick to +1's for only spouses or fiancé/fianceés at this time. If there were no limitations, we would have had EVERYONE there with us to celebrate our special day!
During cocktail hour, appetizers and drinks (alcoholic & nonalcoholic) will be served. During the reception, a full buffet of barbecue style food is on the menu, but If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please reach out to Alexis directly to see what accommodations can be made on your behalf. For those of who are caffeine addicts (like Alexis), there will also be a coffee bar to keep everyone energized and the dance floor alive!
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 so please try to arrive close to 4 or 4:15 so you have time to sign our guest book, take in the beautiful views, and find your seats in the ceremony space.
