Given that our wedding is taking place in a large city, there unfortunately are not many free parking options in the area. The hotel provides valet parking available at $58.81 per night with in and out privileges for guests staying at the hotel. The wedding venue has a paid parking garage connected to the museum that guests are welcome to utilize. However, we recommend walking (9 minutes) or using an uber/lyft (3 minutes) as these are the much cheaper options.
Typically, we've found that a break between the wedding and reception allows guests the opportunity rest, relax, and change into less traditional attire if needed. The bride and groom will be using this time to get ready for the reception and take photographs. We recommend getting a hotel room in the area for this reason! If you are not planning on getting a hotel room, there are a number of things to do in the area during the break, including exploring Penn Museum.
If you have it, this is a perfect occasion to bring it out! If you do not, please don't feel obligated to buy something. Suits and dresses are perfect!
Yes, the more the merrier! Your child/children should have been reflected on your invitation and RSVP. If we missed anyone, please reach out to either Aish or Gautam!
We are unable to accommodate extra guests (plus ones) or dates to our ceremony/reception unless otherwise specified on your RSVP or invitation.
The Study (our hotel) has a restaurant on the ground floor called CO-OP Restaurant & Bar that serves breakfast and brunch on the weekends! It opens at 7AM. There are also a number of breakfast options in the area.
There will a variety of foods at the wedding lunch and reception, including a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. If you have any allergies, please let Aish or Gautam know so that we can reach out to our caterer.
Nope! Where whatever you feel comfortable in!
