FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

February 1st, 2026. This will allow us to finalize our lists to various vendors.

Question

What time should I arrive at the wedding site?

Answer

Our ceremony formally begins at 5:00 pm. We ask that you arrive between the hours of 4:00 pm and no later than 4:30 pm so as to comfortably join us at the wedding venue.

Question

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of parking is available! There will be a golf cart to shuttle to the ceremony site.

Question

Will the reception be inside?

Answer

Yes! However, the ceremony, and cocktail hour will be outside. Outside venue access will also be available during the reception.

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

We do not have a set time for our reception to end. However, the bar closes at 9:30 pm and our prospective end time is 10:00 pm. There won't be a late night after party unless the guests formulate something offsite. We will be gathering on Saturday offsite to continue celebrating and spending time with our guests.

Question

Is there a formal dress code?

Answer

Yes and no. Spring colors are what we're going for. Anything above cocktail attire will do, but a suit and tie style/formal dress is encouraged. With the timing of this wedding, we are not sure of the conditions of the weather, so we cannot tell you how warm to dress.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Outside of a significant other, we ask that you do not bring a plus one. Unexpected guests that we have not included on our formal invited list who join our wedding experience will cause the newlyweds to incur a significant fee. We have included everyone we know on our list as a plus one that would otherwise not receive an invitation. If you have questions, please reach out.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! However, if they are not a part of your immediate family, we ask that you do not bring them with you. For many of your invites, the word "family" proceeding your last name means we are assuming you are bringing children with you.

Question

Will there be lodging available?

Answer

Yes, but not at the venue site. Please see the travel page on the website. There you will find an extensive list of lodging of ranging distances.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No, the venue does not allow for outside alcoholic beverages. We will have beer and wine to drink. We will not provide an open bar, drinking will be moderated for modest consumption.

Question

Is there a separate menu for dietary restrictions?

Answer

No. If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out before February 1st so that we may work with our vendors to see if we can make arrangements.

Question

Is personal photography and videography allowed?

Answer

This is a mixed batch. While we understand in today's day in age, technology is all too invasive, this wedding day atmosphere is all about sincerity and genuine interaction. For the ceremony, it will not be allowed. For the rest, we kindly ask that you make it your personal mission to invest your time with us and those who are attending by taking yourself to a time before phones divided our attention. This may be subject to change so that we may allow others to upload photos or videos during the reception period and other time slots, but for now, this is what we are expecting and hopeful for.

Question

I have a question(s) that are not included on this FAQ list. Who do I ask?

Answer

Please reach out to one of us regarding these questions, and anything particularly formal, we will direct you to our wedding coordinator if necessary.
