Arrive 15 mins before ceremony start: 3:45 PM

Is there parking at the ceremony?

Yes there is parking for all at the ceremony site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes shuttle will leave at 3PM from and return to the Hilton Downtown. Seating is priority for hotel guests but open to anyone.

Is there parking for the Welcome Party?

Yes the garage on N Sheppard St. will be open for all visitors

Is the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts open to Public?

Yes, the VMFA where we are hosting the welcome party has free entrance for the public and is open until 9PM. Feel free to view the galleries before attending the welcome party!

Will this be an outdoor ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside weather permitting. The call to move the ceremony will be made day of the wedding. Come bundled up for a beautiful winter wedding!
