This is a short list of things to do in the Bloomington area. If you’re not from town and want more suggestions, just reach out and ask!

The venue has beautiful grounds with trails and artist studios to be explored. Please be sure to book ahead of time if you’d like to explore the portions of the site that require a guide. See the link for more details.

Guided Tour and Walking Trails

This petting zoo is across IN-46 from TC Steele Road, just a few minutes from the venue. If you’re in the area with your kids, they might enjoy stopping by. Currently the hours for Saturdays are 11-1:30.

Zoo'Opolis Bird Park

Nashville is a cute small town tourist destination. It is very popular in the fall months, and you could easily fill a day exploring its shops and restaurants. The venue is about halfway between Bloomington and Nashville.

Just a little ways from Bloomington, Brown County State Park is beautiful in the fall and has plenty of hiking and mountain biking trails as well as camp sites and trail riding.

Like Brown County State Park, Yellowwood is only minutes from Bloomington and is a great hiking destination especially in the fall.
