Do I need a passport or visa?

Answer

Please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your dates of travel. * Canadian Passport Holders: No visa is required! You only need a valid passport. * Other International Passports: You will not need a Mexican visa if you already hold a valid, unexpired visa or permanent resident card for the US, Canada, the Schengen Area, the UK, or Japan. If you do not meet these criteria, please check with your local Mexican consulate to see if you need to apply for a visa.

What will the weather be like in late November?

November in Cancún is absolutely beautiful! You can expect sunny daytime highs in the upper 20s (°C) and cool, pleasant evenings. Don't forget to pack plenty of sunscreen so you can safely enjoy the sunshine!

Will there be hair and makeup services available for guests?

Answer

Yes! The Kempinski Hotel has an on-site salon that guests are welcome to use. Please note that the salon has a limited capacity, so we highly recommend booking your appointments in advance if you plan to use their services.

Will there be a welcome event or icebreaker before the wedding?

Answer

We will be arriving in Cancún on Thursday, November 19th, so we will be around the resort! We will let you know closer to the wedding date if we add an official welcome event to the schedule, but we'd love to see anyone who is already at the hotel before the big day.

Are any of the events taking place outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding ceremony will take place right on the beach, so please keep the sand in mind when choosing your footwear (you might want to skip the stilettos!). Afterward, we'll host a cocktail hour around the pool before heading indoors for the reception.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP via this website by September 1st so we can finalize our numbers with the venue. Please let us know if you have any issue while you do it.

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with our closest family and friends! To keep our wedding intimate, we are only able to accommodate the specific number of guests indicated on your formal invitation.
