We belonged to the same gym for years but our paths somehow never crossed. One Sunday morningvwe found ourselves dragging tires next to one another. Tara already thought Aidan a hottie with a body, but when she found out he had recently quit hit job to travel the world for a year (and was leaving in a month!) her attraction intensified. (Um, hello Mr. Unavailable with a passport!) An afternoon date that same day at Barton Springs Pool turned into a whirlwind month of dating. We stayed in touch over the year, meeting up in Budapest, Vienna, and Thailand. Once Aidan returned to the States Tara swore she would give him some space and time to decide what he wanted. And she did...a mere 6 hours after their reunion she gave him nothing short of an ultimatum. And the rest is history...

Aidan had to work through four proposals before one actually was successful, partly because of COVID, and partly because Tara can be...difficult. Though a proposal in Greece, or the Arctic with the polar bears, or on a goat farm would have been lovely, the actual proposal was perfect. In August 2020 we moved into a new home, and had a get together of friends and family at the new house. When it was suggested we take a group photo on the island of our new pond, Aidan popped the question. If you've seen the video, you know that Tara was quite surprised.

This wedding was originally slated for October 2021, but during SNOVID, we found out Tara was pregnant. Instead of getting married on October 21, we celebrated our new precious baby boy's one week birthday instead with Perry's pork chops in our bungalow. This wedding has been a long time coming, and we can't wait to celebrate with you (and show off our lovable and squeezable little boy, Atlas Mack Mosher.)
