FAQs

The Wedding Website of Aidan Scott and Sydney Lamb
Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

As excited as we are to see you, please refrain from arriving at the ceremony earlier than 6:30 p.m. (The Saturday evening mass will not conclude until then.) The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Of course, you are welcome to attend the 5:30 Mass if you would like as well.

Question

Will parking be available?

Answer

Most definitely! There is plenty of parking at both the wedding and reception locations.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that phones be silenced and tucked away during the ceremony. We've hired an incredible photographer who will capture all of your favorite moments. Our goal is to have everyone fully present, and often that means stepping away from our devices to enjoy the moment together. At the Reception, however, please take as many photos as you like!

Question

Should I expect a full Catholic mass?

Answer

Our ceremony will be a liturgical service, not a full mass.

Question

Will I be fed?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving some yummy appetizers and desserts at the Reception, including some gluten-free choices. However, please plan to eat dinner beforehand, so you don't go hungry too early!

Question

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

Our send-off will be no later than 11:30 p.m., so please stick around!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly respond by June 9 to help us with our catering needs.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Semiformal/dressy casual. This is your opportunity to get dressed up if you like, but by all means, be comfortable!

Question

Where should I bring my card/gift?

Answer

If you bring a card or gift, please bring it to the Reception, where we will have a designated spot to receive them (and thank you!).
