When should I RSVP by?

We ask all our guests to RSVP by March 1st

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have obtained a room block at the Marriott where we are having our reception. Rooms are available for Friday, April 4th, 2025 and the night of Saturday, April 5th, 2025. Please see the Travel section for the link to book. While we do not have additional room blocks at neighboring hotels, there are several other hotels in the area of Clearwater Beach.

Is there a dress code?

We can't wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Doors close and our ceremony will start promptly at 1pm. As there is a strict schedule for the ceremony, we ask our guests to arrive 15 minutes early to get to their seats.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head back to the Marriott Clearwater Sand Key. We will be having the cocktail hour arrival with light refreshments and drinks at 5pm followed by the reception dinner starting at 6pm.

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have set up a registry that can be found in the Registry section of our website.
