Guest Passes

All guests (including Avondale underclassmen) need guest passes Guest passes must be filled out completely, with all required signatures and faxed in by the guest’s school to the main office by 3:00pm on Monday, March 23rd, 2026 The AHS student may bring only one guest, and may not bring a guest other than the person listed on this sheet. Both AHS student and guest must have a picture ID which may be a school ID or driver's license. A guest must be at least a freshman in high school and/or not over nineteen years of age. Students who are over nineteen may not attend a high school event. The Avondale student must check the list posted in the main office to be sure the approved pass has been returned. No late passes will be processed. If there is no HS administrator to sign off on this guest pass, the guest must call to make an appointment to be interviewed by an Avondale HS administrator before the above stated date See forms page for a copy of the guest pass

Ticket Sales - Seniors & Juniors

Ticket sales will occur online only April 7th-April 17th via eventlink registration. Each person you are purchasing a ticket for will need to fill out the registration link to purchase a ticket. Final day of ticket sales is Friday, April 17th 2026 at 3pm. No more tickets will be sold after this date under any circumstances.

Table Selection

Table selection will occur the week after ticket sales during all lunches with Mr. Hartley. If you are an OSTC student, then you are able to come see one of us during the day to choose your table. See the FAQ or Table page for more information on how to pick your prom table group.

Prom Entry

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Door entry will start at 6:30pm and close at 7:30pm. If you arrive after 7:30pm, no entry with no refund.
