Welcome Event

6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Attire: Casual/Vacation Attire

RnR Gastropub is a 7 minute walk from both hotels. Walk south on Brown Avenue and turn right onto First Street. Light appetizers will be served. Open bar. Casual event - come and go as you please. We have the outside patio reserved for our group. Kids under 21 years old are welcome until 9:00PM.

Wedding Ceremony + Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Semi Formal/Cocktail/Casual. It will be warm! Men do not need suit jackets.

Ceremony and Reception will be held at the same location. Ceremony begins at 4:30. Please arrive before this to find a seat. Transportation is provided to and from both hotels. Buses will load at 3:15pm for a 3:30pm departure. Please meet the bus outside the hotel entrance for a ~30 minute drive to the venue. Mostly outdoor venue with trees protecting guests from the sun. For those wearing heels there is stone flooring covering the venue; we would recommend a wedge, block heel, or flats. Fans will be used if needed. The average high on May 14 in Phoenix is 94 degrees, and 67 for the low. Transportation will be provided from both hotels.
