Yes. As of April 10, 2025, U.S. passport holders are required to obtain a visa prior to traveling to Brazil for tourism, including attending our wedding. Guests should apply online for a Brazil Visitor (Tourist) e-Visa before departure. The official government fee is approximately $80.90 USD per person. The visa is typically valid for up to 10 years, allows multiple entries, and permits stays of up to 90 days per visit. We kindly recommend applying at least 1–2 months before your travel date to allow sufficient time for processing and to avoid any last-minute stress. Please note that airlines will require proof of a valid visa before boarding your flight to Brazil. If you hold dual citizenship and have a passport from a country that does not require a visa to enter Brazil (for example, Argentina or certain European countries), you may enter visa-free using that passport. In that case, be sure to travel with and present the visa-exempt passport upon arrival in Brazil.
We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible to help us with planning and final arrangements. We understand that some guests may need time to coordinate travel and work schedules, so the absolute final date to respond is July 7, 2026. Your timely response truly helps us more than you know, and we’re so grateful for your effort in planning to celebrate with us.
Due to space limitations at our venue, we are only able to host the guests whose names are listed on each invitation. If a plus-one has been included for you, it will be clearly indicated on your invitation. If you do not see a plus-one listed, we unfortunately are unable to accommodate additional guests. Thank you so much for understanding as we create an intimate and meaningful celebration with our closest family and friends.
Yes! Because our wedding venue is approximately one hour from Copacabana and Ipanema, we will be providing complimentary shuttle transportation for our guests. The shuttle will depart from a designated pickup location in Copacabana and will return guests to the same area following the reception. Specific pickup times and exact details will be shared closer to the date. We want everyone to relax and fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about travel logistics.
Yes — we’re happy to welcome children under the age of 10 to celebrate with us! If you have a child over 10 who is not listed on your invitation, please reach out to us in advance, as this may affect our final headcount and seating arrangements. We absolutely adore your little ones and can’t wait to have them there. We kindly ask that children remain supervised and mindful throughout the evening, especially during the ceremony.
Yes — the dress code for our wedding is Formal Attire. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing sage green, as it will be reserved for our wedding party. Thank you for helping us create a beautifully coordinated celebration.
