Yes! There will be free parking on site for our wedding. You can park in the Amtrak parking lot. Use “Union Station Banquets” for your GPS - it’s all the same parking lot! You may have to take a ticket upon entry, but it can be validated before you leave the venue.
Yes! A trolley will begin bringing guests to the venue at 3 PM for our 4 PM ceremony. The trolley holds up to 30 people, and will be alternating between the two room blocks. We encourage guests to get on the trolley early to ensure they arrive on time and have transportation. The last trolley will run at 3:45 PM. Trolleys home will begin running after dessert is served. The last trolley to hotels is TBD. The hotel blocks are also very close to the venue (5-10 minute walk). You may opt. to walk to the venue, but we encourage guests to use the trolley to return home for added safety! Northampton is a busy college city, so Ubers and Lyfts should be available if that is preferred.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM, so we are asking quests to arrive by 3:45 PM.
As much as we love your kids, our wedding is kid-free.
Yes! Union Station is made up of several different venues, all accessible once you are inside. Once you arrive for our reception, you won’t need to go outside again until you return home. Our ceremony and reception are located in The Roosevelt Room. Our afterparty is held at The Tunnel Bar and lounge area.
