we're getting married!

We met the old-fashioned way—on Hinge. Victor was in his “I’m not settling down, I’m traveling the world, blah-blah” phase, while Kelsie was fresh out of college, navigating her “Dear God, what is adulthood?” phase. Kelsie lived in Stoughton, Victor in Worcester, and both commuted to Boston for work. They made plans to go to 'Apple Fest' at Wachusett Mountain but quickly realized a full Saturday together (on a secluded mountain, no less) might be ambitious for a first meeting. So, they opted for an impromptu date at Boston Common, followed by drinks at J.M. Curley’s—and the rest is history. And by history, we mean: a few trips, two apartments, one lawsuit, getting our COVID pup Beignet, building a thriving Christmas card operation (we brought back wax seals), buying a house and moving to Worcester, welcoming two kiddos, and countless adventures and laughs in between. We’re so excited to make it official and can’t wait to celebrate with you all!

Victor brought Kelsie back to Boston Common under the ruse of taking family photos. They spent the day at the Boston Aquarium, and went to explore the park with Lincoln. A good friend, Nick, was there to capture the moment Victor popped the question. They celebrated back at J.M. Curley's and then went back to their hotel to celebrate with family.
