For the last 30 years, Miriam has been by the side of the bride and helped her grow and learn. Miriam's always a good source of advice, sarcasm, and goofiness. She is looking forward to standing by her sister's side, just like Arielle did at her own wedding. Miriam lives in DC with her husband, Cory, and their two children Eve and Saul. Eve is Arielle's niece. She enjoys eating watermelon, taking baths and reading. She is excited about the event, even if she might not understand what is going on.
Micah
Best Man
Over seven years ago, Micah and Jonathan met as the two new seniors joining NERUSY and quickly became almost inseparable. Ever since then, they have been best friends. They've been through thick and thin, good times and bad, the crazy times and the normal times. Micah is one of Jonathan's closest friends in the world. He is his partner-in-crime (after Arielle, of course), his sounding board, his supporter, his friend, and his brother. Jonathan could not think of getting married without Micah by his side.
Jill
Bridesmaid
Oh, what to say about the friendship between Arielle and Jill? It started so long ago that neither of them can quite recall when it began. Sometime at the beginning of high school, girl met girl and nothing was the same after that. Arielle is so fortunate to have Jill at her side and in her camp despite the great distance that often separates them. Coming all the way from France, Arielle is truly touched that Jill will be standing by her side.
Jon
Groomsman
One name, one family, one profession, and one pair of best friends. While they weren't best friends growing up, Jon and Jonathan have always had a special connection, and not just in their names. Jon helped Jonathan grow into the person he is now, and was one of his cousins who Jonathan always wanted to make proud. As they both grew up, they became closer, and today Jon and Jonathan are best friends. They both majored in English and both became teachers. They are not the same person, but they are pretty close (they both love puns as well).
Sara
Bridesmaid
One of Arielle's great friends on this side of the Atlantic, Sara and Arielle met at Clark. They were neighbors for a year, enabling the sharing of many good times, dinners and conversations. In fact, when Arielle lost heat in the middle of a snow blizzard at 2 AM, she knocked on Sara's door who quickly opened and offered her shelter. Sara has not only been a best friend to Arielle but she is also a very good friend to Jonathan and we are so blessed to have her share our day.
Shira
Groomsmaid
Almost exactly two years and two weeks after Jonathan was born, he was able to play in the sink of the hospital room in which his sister was born. Oh, and as a bonus, he also got an amazing sister. Shira and Jonathan (Yoni to her) have been best friends, practically since she was born. These two siblings experienced many adventures together and fun times; from sneaking out of their cribs together to watch TV, to their annual Dave n' Busters trip. They have been through so much together, and Jonathan could not imagine getting married without her on the bimah next to him.
