How and when do I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invites will be sent a few months before the wedding. You will RSVP once you receive the formal invitation.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes, we have secured a room block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Donegal by IHG. There is also an abundance of Airbnb's in the region, if you prefer.

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

For out-of-town guests, the most convenient airports are Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) and Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Latrobe (LBE). The wedding will take place in Champion, Pennsylvania. The venue is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Pittsburgh International Airport and about 35 minutes from Arnold Palmer Regional Airport.

What should we wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. However, please don’t let attire be a concern—your presence is what matters most to us. Please also note that there is a non-paved path to reach the ceremony site, so plan footwear accordingly.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to be held outdoors, with accommodations to move indoors in the event of inclement weather. Following the ceremony, both the cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one/child?

Answer

Due to guest limits, we kindly ask that you refer to your invitation to see if a guest/child is listed.

Are you accepting gifts / registry?

Answer

We are so grateful for your love and support, and we don’t want anyone to feel obligated. However, a registry will be available on this website when invitations are mailed, if you would like to send a gift.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

No worries! Food will be served buffet-style, and we’ll ask about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can make sure everyone has something delicious to enjoy.
