Patrick and Mike knew each other back in the day when Patrick was racing go-karts. They lost touch for a couple of years. Patrick moved down to Maryland to be a Maryland State Trooper and Mike was working at Martin's State Airport at the time (right up the street from my house) and contacted Patrick. They were able to reconnect, being so close to each other. Such a small world.

Dillon and Patrick met through the Maryland State Police Academy. They spent 6 months together, and those months were brutal for them. They became close over the 6 months, and as did Dillon's girlfriend (at the time, now fiance) Deanna and I. We couldn't imagine not having them in our wedding party.
Zach Adams

Zach is one of Allison's friends through Victoria Mills (also a bridesmaid). Zach is a State Trooper and was Patrick's mentor while he was going through the MSP Academy. Patrick relied heavily on Zach when it came to staying focused and needing that push to stay strong in the academy.
