We will be boot scooting the night away so grab your boots and best country wear!
**We ask that you arrive the earliest @ 2:50pm, due to the fact our venue doors wont be unlocked and open to guests while the party gets ready and we give the bride and groom to not be overwhelmed with family and friends coming to speak with them prior to the wedding, we want our day to be least stressful as possible so even though we love how much you would like to give us well wishes before the wedding - we are only allowing the wedding party in the main part of venue. When you arrive we ask that you head to the outdoor seating for the ceremony and remember that we are having an unplugged ceremony which means at no time during the ceremony will phones, cameras, or any other devices will be allowed, we want you present and hired an amazing photographer that will get plenty of great shots of these moments! (this includes post the kiss, better to just leave your phones in the vehicle till after the ceremony if you think you will be tempted to take a picture of how awesome we look lol!)
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:45 pm
Ceremony will begin at 3, please remember our ceremony portion is unplugged, which means although we love the enthusiasm you all share of our love and want to take pictures we have hired photographers to capture these beautiful moments and would hate to see phones poking out while they are taken and we would love to have your full attention during the ceremony so you don't miss any of the tears we might all cry! So no phones will be allowed during the reception, if you cannot do without taking pictures, we will have to ask you to please leave and we would hate to do that on our special day! Thank you for understanding!
After ceremony - Cocktail Hour
3:45 pm - 5:15 pm
After the ceremony all guests will be shown in the area where hors d'oeuvres (appetizers) and drinks are while we take post wedding photos as a newly wed couple and our families, you can munch on some delicious snacks, have some drinks, and mingle! Don't worry everyone throughout the night will have a chance to get a picture with us! We will have our photographer and our wedding parties help us gather certain family members throughout this time to run efficiently so not everyone has to be waiting for their pictures to be taken and can enjoy some appetizers while waiting!
Reception
5:30 pm - 10:15 pm
After appetizers, our wedding party will open the doors to the main part of the venue so everyone can be seated and welcome in the newly weds! During the reception you can expect lots of fun and surprises! But also have of course, our first dance, other dances with family members, speeches, a prayer, food, drinking, and games! This is where the real party begins and we just can't wait to have it with you! **There will be an open bar of beer and wine provided by us but please under no circumstance bring any during the day of as our venue contract states we must provide it, if you would like to contribute please do prior to and we are only allowed to serve beer and wine.**
