Good question! Nikkah Most people will likely wear cultural clothes or business-casual. Since the nikkah ceremony is being conducted in a mosque, we recommend that shoulders and knees be covered. Women may feel comfortable loosely draping a scarf over their hair but are not required to wear one. Reception Short answer: If it's too much for a garden party, wear it to the wedding... Longer answer: Most women will be wearing bright and colorful cultural clothing; cocktail attire is also suitable. For men, suits are appropriate. Ultimately, wear what you look and feel best in! There isn't a strict dress code.
Definitely not. There are vegetarian and vegan appetizers and entrees. Additionally, none of our dishes contain peanuts. We've tried to accomodate everyone!
Unless specified directly by the bride or groom, please do not bring anyone other than the number of people on your RSVP card! We want to ensure everyone present has a nice time, and due to our venue's limited capacity, we may not be able to do that for extra friends that tag along.
If you'd like to do some sight-seeing, we recommend staying downtown to make the most of what Toronto has to offer. Otherwise, a hotel that is central to all events is listed in the travel section of our website.
