This is absolutely our favorite place for street tacos! Adobada and carne asada are our favorites! There's also a second location at 1535 W Vista Way, Vista, CA 92083
Hooked on Sushi
We can't say enough good things about this place. Absolutely spectacular sushi! Their menu is huge, you can't go wrong!
The Goods
Unique and seasonal donut flavors. Handmade, light, and sweet. You have to be careful with this one, you'll end up buying more than you meant to!
Barrel Republic Carlsbad
A truly unique experience, there are over 50 different beverages on tap and it's all self-pour! The perfect place for tastings, expanding your pallet, or just going for thirds on your favorite craft beer, wine, kombucha, or cider!
Tajima Ramen Convoy
Life changing ramen! We recommend the spicy sesame if you can handle some heat! Convoy is also just a great street to roam as they have other fantastic places for desserts, Korean BBQ, Japanese specialties, and more!
La Jolla Cove
Beautiful caves, a great place to jump in the water, and the best place to find seals and sea lions bathing in the sun!
Salt Creek Beach
If you have the time and gas money to head more north, this is one of our favorite spots! There's a small parking fee but the view is worth it! Head on down the paved hill at the edge of the lot and enjoy the grass lot for a picnic and a view or head further down the hill for beach access!
1000 Steps Beach
If you're brave enough to venture down these steps (and back up!) this beach is phenomenal. Head to the left at the bottom of the stairs for beautiful caves or just enjoy the clear water and cliff views
Victoria Beach
The site of our proposal! This beach has an old lighthouse, magnificent crashing waves, stellar cliffs and rock formations, as well as a man-made tide pool. We obviously recommend a visit to this location!
