Flying to Winston-Salem

If you'll be flying in to join us, the Greensboro (called Piedmont Triad International, but code GSO) is the closest option - it's about half an hour from the airport to downtown Winston-Salem. It's a fairly small airport - if you prefer a larger airport, you can check into Charlotte or Raleigh - both are about a 1.5 drive into Winston-Salem.

It's a Busy Weekend in Winston-Salem

While of course our wedding will be the biggest gig in town this weekend, it also happens to be Family Weekend for Wake Forest University. Unfortunately, the hotels closest to our venue are all booked solid for the weekend. We have shared a few options for places to look into if you are interested, and it's very easy to get around town using your preferred rideshare service! If you are looking for a hotel, check out hotels on or near Hanes Mall Boulevard! A major commercial area of town, Hanes Mall is home to hotels of every variety and should have something to fit your price range and preference. There's easy access to the welcome dinner location and venue, plus there are restaurants and shopping all around.

This hotel is set to open in October 2019 and should begin taking reservations soon. If you want to be downtown (walking distance to the venue), booking here will probably be your best option!
