Staying at camp

AT THIS TIME, CAMP LODGING IS FULLY BOOKED. Please book a room in the hotel block and contact Adrienne & Josh to be placed on the wait list. All guests are invited to stay at camp through Monday morning. Camp OSRUI features a four air-conditioned lodges with hotel-size rooms, most with their own private bathroom. To be clear, these are not cabins or bunks the campers stay in. Towels, sheets, basic toiletries, etc. will be provided. All rooms are furnished with 2-3 twin beds. For couples, you're welcome to push the twin beds together to create a double. We also encourage pillow forts and other tomfoolery. Doors at camp do not lock; prank wars will begin upon arrival.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotels to Camp

September 4, 2022 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be a shuttle rolling back and forth from the two hotels to camp on Saturday and Sunday evening. Details around timing and how to opt into the shuttle will be provided closer to the day of.

Hotel option #1: Hilton Garden Inn Oconomowoc

We understand camp lodging may not be the most comfortable option for some of our guests. The Hilton Garden Inn - Oconomowoc is just 15 minutes from camp. Wedding guests are invited to all the camp events, though Saturday breakfast/lunch and Sunday breakfast/lunch are for campers only, so please plan accordingly. Note: Friday night is not currently included in the wedding block. You can book Friday as a separate reservation from Saturday - Monday and request to stay in the same room. If you are told the block is full, we will call to expand it. Thank you for bearing with us as we navigate the joys of wedding logistics! Please note we are not planning to coordinate shuttles to and from the hotel at this time. There is plenty of parking at camp near the entrance for those driving from the hotel.

Getting There - By Air

Milwaukee's Mitchell airport (MKE) is just 50 minutes from OSRUI, and O'Hare (ORD) is 1h 45m away. Guests arriving to either airport will need a rental car to get to camp. If you would like to carpool with other guests, text us and we can sync you up with other guests arriving at the same time. Hotel guests are invited to arrive on Saturday and depart on Monday. Check out the “Weekend Festivities” tab for timing on all events taking place throughout the weekend. We welcome all guests to extend your long holiday weekend and enjoy one of the local spots - check out "Things to Do" for more information.

Getting There - By Car

Shuttle information will be available closer to the wedding. Hotel guests are encouraged to take the shuttles, however, you are permitted to drive to camp. Google Maps will take you straight to the camp entrance. Parking will be clearly labeled just past the entrance.
