Question

What precautions are you taking for COVID-19?

Answer

All guests will be required to be vaccinated. At this time, we are not requiring rapid or PCR tests before the weekend, but will let you know if that changes. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable among friends and family, and we appreciate your understanding in taking this seriously.

Question

What's the dress code for Sunday?

Answer

Semi-formal cocktail attire - suits and dresses - the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, reception is in a more formal space indoors.

Question

Can I wear heels at camp?

Answer

We recommend that you stick with flats or wedges for the ceremony & reception. Very few of the walkways throughout camp are paved and we want all our guests to feel comfortable during and between events.

Question

What is the dress code on Saturday night?

Answer

Saturday night will be summer casual, slightly more formal than Friday night. We suggest sundresses, button-downs, etc. Shorts are okay.

Question

Who is staying at camp?

Answer

All guests are invited to stay at camp through Monday morning! Please see the "Travel & Lodging" page for more details. There is also a hotel option for those that would be more comfortable. Hotel guests are invited to join us at camp on Saturday afternoon into the evening, and of course, for the ceremony, reception and bonfire after party on Sunday evening. Hotel guests are invited back to camp on Monday morning (if travel plans allow) for brunch and to enjoy one last opportunity to enjoy all camp OSRUI has to offer!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love hanging out with the small children of our friends and family, we ask that kids stay home for this one. We have lots of adult-friendly activities planned and hope that our guests understand and are able to make arrangements to attend.

Question

Is there parking available at camp?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available near the camp entrance. Check the Travel & Lodging page for guidance, and look for signs pointing you toward camp as you get closer on the route. At this time, we are not planning coordinated shuttles for hotel guests and will have extra parking to accommodate people driving themselves to and from camp.

Question

Why is the wedding on a Sunday?

Answer

Jewish weddings are traditionally held on Sunday, and sometimes later on Saturday night after sundown. Shabbat - the weekly day of rest - begins Friday evening and lasts until sundown Saturday.

Question

I want to stay at camp, but I'm attending the wedding solo. Will I be placed in a lodge room with someone else?

Answer

We may ask some guests to room with a friend or two. If you prefer to bunk alone, we can arrange that and will collect that information later.

Question

How do I RSVP/pay for staying at camp?

Answer

RSVPs to stay at camp and payment are due July 1, 2022 ($300/person for the weekend). Please visit https://www.camplieberthal.com/ to book camp lodging. Note all meals at camp are included in the cost for guests staying at camp.

Question

Is there a dress code for Friday night?

Answer

Come as you are, straight off the plane or I94.

Question

Is there a Peloton at camp?

Answer

Yes! There's one (1) bike in the fitness center. Bring your shoes!

Question

Which camp are we staying at?

Answer

Camp Osrui in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin: https://osrui.org/about-us/camp-map/

Question

Is it true you know the Mayor of Oconomowoc?

Answer

Yes.

Question

Will Rocky and Shelby be there?

Answer

Much to our dismay, no, they will not be at camp. There's a strict no dog policy, and we're as bummed as you.

Question

I went to pay for camp lodging, but the payment platform is asking for a tip. What's all that about?

Answer

Omella is a free service for us to use. Their technology includes an option to add a tip, which you may add if you choose, or select "other" to enter $0. There is no expectation to tip for this transaction, we just can't remove the option.
