Maid of Honor
Shelby and I were potluck roommates our Freshman year at the University of Oklahoma. It went so well, that we went on to live with each other for another three years! I couldn't begin to exhaust everything that we've done together, but it includes road trips, hosting dances, movie nights, and costume parties, late-night adventures (usually for snacks,) a lot of procrastination, and sharing in each other's triumphs, heartbreaks, and excitement. I'm so excited we get to share this too!
Best Man
HOW WE MET: I’ve known Jacob since ninth grade, when we went to the same school, the same church, and competed in high school speech and debate together. Two truths and a lie: -Jacob is an art student in New York. -He is fond of the theatre. -Right now he mostly does film analysis on YouTube.
Bridesmaid
My sister Elyse is one of the most driven, organized, and detailed women I know. During my last semester of grad school at the University of Oklahoma, Elyse was also a student there, and we spent many evenings studying in the library, going to events at our church, and watching horrible movies at her apartment. I know I wasn't great for her grades or sleep schedule, but she made that semester the very best. I feel beyond fortunate to have such a sister and friend.
Groomsman

Bridesmaid
Miriam is my adopted sister, but I've come to see her no differently than my blood relatives. She joined the family two and a half years ago and what a blessing she has been. I have never met anyone so kind, generous, and self-giving as she; she inspires me to strive toward these same qualities because I have experienced firsthand the warmth that they bring.
Groomsman
HOW WE MET: I stayed in Tim’s dorm room when I visited Patrick Henry College, the school which I would later attend. Two truths and a lie: -He is from Columbus, Ohio. -He was the most powerful student in the history of Patrick Henry College. -He doesn’t know how to swim.
Bridesmaid
I met Elise on the same day and at the same event where I met Christian! Our friendship has grown to be one of the things I value most about living in Virginia. In the past several months, Elise and I have hung out in Washington, D.C, Boston, and Salt Lake City, and she's been there for every stage of Christian and I's relationship. So happy to have her support and I'm looking forward to years of friendship to come!
Groomsman

Bridesmaid
Josie is Christian's sister and will soon be mine. She is currently attending college and will soon transfer to finish her English degree. Josie is an avid writer of various different styles including screenwriting, literary criticism, and creative writing. In her own words, she is "interested in the unusual and obscure." I'm thrilled to get to know her better and am excited that she will be standing up with Christian and I at our wedding.

Junior Bridesmaid
GenMarie is my youngest sister, but what she lacks in years she makes up with wit, enthusiasm, and grace. I have always adored her outgoing personality and the way she handles difficult situations by being her good natured self. Moreover, she is extremely well-read, an excellent dancer, and makes fast friends wherever she goes! I have every expectation that she's going to be the life of my wedding party.
Groomsman
